Are you an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud email developer ready to make an impact?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Email Developer-SFMC. This position involves developing and deploying client-facing email campaigns using SFMC, with a focus on coding responsive emails, integrating AMPscript, and supporting automation journeys to enhance customer engagement.

Pay rate range (CAD): $47.10/hr – $56.52/hr

Responsibilities

Build, code, and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Develop responsive email templates utilizing HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for personalization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage templates and modules

Optimize campaigns for deliverability, engagement, and accessibility standards

Perform QA/testing across multiple devices and email clients using tools like Litmus or Email on Acid

Troubleshoot rendering issues and resolve compatibility problems across platforms

Manage data extensions, audience segmentation, and automation journeys within SFMC

Support the implementation of best practices and stay updated on email marketing trends

Assist in the optimization of existing campaigns and automation workflows

Work independently and contribute to team efforts in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skill-Set

2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud email development

Strong proficiency in AMPscript for energetic content and personalization

Hands-on experience with responsive HTML/CSS for email design and media queries





Familiarity with Email Studio, CloudPages, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio

Working knowledge of Data Extensions, segmentation, and automation processes

QA/testing experience using Litmus, Email on Acid, or equivalent tools

Ability to troubleshoot across multiple email clients and devices

Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines efficiently

Experience with Workfront or Jira is a plus

Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Specialist, Developer) is desirable

Nice to Have

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Developer)

Deep understanding of Journey Builder and Automation Studio integration
