Join MCI as a Process Planning Specialist, focusing on optimizing production routes and material management for motor coach manufacturing. This role impacts both luxury and zero-emission vehicle lines.

As part of MCI’s planning team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining production routings and bills of material. Your focus will be on implementing engineering changes and providing critical support for new product contracts. Collaborating with manufacturing engineering, you’ll drive process improvements and help streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain production routings and estimates
• Calculate and update material needs for production
• Support engineering change requests and audits




• Create drawing packages for shop floor distribution
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives

Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or technology, or equivalent experience
• Preferred EIT, APICS, or CPIM certifications
• MRO experience in labor and materials management
• Solid skills in Oracle and Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
