This role reports to the Controller, where you will oversee the complete payroll cycle and Accounts Payable processes. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process weekly payroll and related tasks, including remittance
• Manage a high volume of supplier invoices effectively
• Match invoices with purchase orders accurately
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve invoices swiftly
• Reconcile supplier accounts and investigate discrepancies

Requirements:
• At least a college diploma in accounting
• Minimum three years’ experience in a construction setting
• Certified Payroll Qualified (CPP) is mandatory
• Proficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel
• Ability to handle tasks with precision and confidentiality
