We are looking for a U.S. Personal Tax Preparer to join our growing team for this upcoming tax season. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a tax preparation role. There is the potential for this position to be a reoccurring, seasonal role. We are looking for the right fit regardless of where you are in your career.

You’re sure to really like us if you have experience in:

Preparation of intermediate US and Canadian personal tax returns and related filings

Gathering and summarizing relevant information and documentation

Communicating with clients and other qualified advisors

Related research on US and Canadian tax legislation, policies and practices

Bonus Experience:

Preparation of complex US and Canadian tax returns including related filings such as Form 5471, Form 8621, Form 8858, Form 3520 and Form 8854 for US citizens who have relinquished their citizenship

Experience handling cross-border tax issues including Canadians emigrating from Canada and Americans immigrating to Canada

Preparation of Trust tax returns
