We are seeking an Estimator to enhance our project delivery in Surrey, BC. If you're excited about developing accurate estimates for construction projects, we want to hear from you!

This position is perfect for a motivated construction qualified with a passion for accuracy and detail-oriented work. As an Estimator, your role will involve analyzing tender packages, performing in-depth take-offs, and collaborating with subcontractors for robust bid submissions. Ensure the successful completion of commercial and industrial projects with your expertise in pricing analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review project scopes and develop accurate cost estimates
• Lead the estimating and pre-construction process
• Manage pricing revisions and maintain documentation




• Collaborate with project teams and communicate effectively
• Conduct site visits and validate project requirements

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Strong organization and analytical capabilities
• Familiarity with estimating software is a bonus
• Previous estimating experience in construction is preferred
