As a permanent full-time coordinator, you will maintain, manage, and enhance the accessibility of client records. This role includes processing Release of Information requests, conducting chart audits, and enrolling clients in the ErinoakKids Connect Portal. Supporting colleagues in health records processes is key, along with compliance with privacy legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process client Release of Information requests efficiently
• Scan and upload clinical documentation to Electronic Health Records




• Organize and prepare records for scanning per procedures
• Investigate incomplete reports and follow up diligently
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in managing health records

Requirements:
• Graduate of a Health Information Management program
• Minimum two years in a health care setting
• Member in good standing with CHIMA
• Knowledge of PHIPA and health information privacy
• High proficiency in electronic documentation and MS Office
