As our Superintendent, your main focus is to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and general upkeep of our residential properties. You will help ensure our properties are safe, clean, well-maintained, and provide a positive living experience for our residents.
Responsibilities: Responding to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner;
Performing minor maintenance repairs and reporting or coordinating larger maintenance needs;
Conducting regular property inspections and identifying maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns;
Maintaining the cleanliness and general upkeep of common areas, entrances, exterior spaces, and garbage areas;
Assisting with unit turnovers, including inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs;
Monitoring building systems, equipment, and amenities and reporting concerns as needed;




Responding to emergency maintenance situations and participating in a rotating on-call schedule;
Assisting with landscaping, snow removal, cleaning, and other seasonal property maintenance as required; andCompleting other related duties within the scope of the role.
Qualifications/Requirements: Previous experience as a Superintendent, Building Manager, Property Caretaker, or in a similar role is considered an asset.
General knowledge of building maintenance and minor repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Solid customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a valid driver's licence.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
