The Registered Nurse position, supervised by the Manager of Health Services, focuses on providing professional nursing services to patients with complex health needs. You will administer treatments, lead healthcare teams, and facilitate effective patient care. Ideal candidates should possess relevant experience, including ICU, and be committed to shared health objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide independent nursing services for complex health needs
• Administer prescribed medical treatments as required
• Lead coordination of patient care and discharge processes




• Maintain adherence to nursing standards and policies
• Document patient interactions and care collaboratively

Requirements:
• Recent experience in a nursing role is mandatory
• Current ICU experience strongly preferred
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
• Valid registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• Basic Life Support training required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
