Carmacks, in partnership with Peters Bros, seeks a Highway Project Coordinator in Penticton, BC. This role balances office and on-site responsibilities, focusing on construction project support.

Reporting to the Construction Manager in the Highways Division, you will enhance company success through efficient project coordination and management. Your work will primarily involve tracking materials, managing invoicing, and assisting in bid evaluations for highway construction. Your contributions ensure seamless collaboration with foremen and project managers on site and in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Track and reconcile materials supplied and delivered
• Maintain daily and weekly inventory balances
• Prepare month-end inventory roll-forwards




• Help Project Manager with progress reports
• Facilitate invoicing with Accounts Payable

Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or Bachelor's degree
• Solid knowledge of civil construction practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Class 5 Driver's license with clean abstract
• Experience with ERP: SAP preferred
