Your experience in the collection recovery field is key in maintaining accurate payment records and responding to debtor inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with debtors via phone, writing, and in person
• Interpret financial records for repayment assessments
• Prioritize debt accounts for effective action
• Analyze bankruptcy packages and liaise with Trustees
• Maintain accurate records of payments and agreements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year in collections
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality
