Description Du Poste
À titre de représentant du service sur le terrain basé à Edmonton, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la prestation de services et de soutien de haute qualité pour les équipements d’imagerie diagnostique. Vous travaillerez avec des hôpitaux et des cliniques partout en Alberta et en Saskatchewan afin d’assurer la fiabilité des équipements, la satisfaction de la clientèle et l’excellence du service.

Il s’agit d’un poste sur le terrain dont le territoire de service couvre l’Alberta et la Saskatchewan.

Relevant du chef d’équipe d’Edmonton, vous serez responsable de la réparation, de l’entretien, de l’étalonnage et de l’installation de systèmes d’imagerie diagnostique médicale. De solides aptitudes mécaniques sont importantes dans ce rôle afin de soutenir les installations mécaniques et les activités de service sur le terrain.

Responsabilités clés

Installer, étalonner, inspecter, diagnostiquer, réparer et entretenir les équipements d’imagerie diagnostique dans les hôpitaux et les cliniques;

Soutenir les installations mécaniques et la mise en service des équipements sur le terrain;

Effectuer l’entretien préventif et répondre aux appels de service planifiés et non planifiés;

Compléter avec exactitude et dans les délais requis la documentation de service, les rapports d’essais et les dossiers connexes;

Communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les équipes internes afin d’offrir un service de haut niveau;

Gérer les projets et les activités de service assignés de façon efficace et professionnelle;

Respecter les politiques, procédures et normes de service de Christie Innomed;

Participer à la rotation de garde afin de soutenir les clients à l’extérieur des heures normales de travail.

Exigences du poste
Qualifications Et Expérience

Diplôme d’études collégiales en électronique, en technologie du génie électronique, en technologie biomédicale, en technologie du génie biomédical ou dans un domaine connexe;

Une expérience préalable en service sur le terrain ou en imagerie diagnostique constitue un atout, mais n’est pas requise. Les finissants récents sont encouragés à postuler;





Solides compétences et aptitudes mécaniques permettant de soutenir les installations mécaniques et la mise en service des équipements sur le terrain;

Connaissance pratique de Windows et de Microsoft Office;

Une exposition à des modalités d’imagerie diagnostique telles que la radiographie, la fluoroscopie, la mammographie, l’échographie, l’IRM ou la médecine nucléaire constitue un atout;

La connaissance des systèmes PACS, RIS et du protocole DICOM constitue un atout;

Capacité à maintenir des dossiers de service et une documentation précis;

Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Job description

As a Field Service Representative based in Edmonton, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service and support for diagnostic imaging equipment. You will work with hospitals and clinics across Alberta and Saskatchewan to help ensure reliable equipment performance, strong customer satisfaction, and service excellence;

This is a field-based role with a service territory covering Alberta and Saskatchewan;

Reporting to the Edmonton Team Lead,



you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, calibration, and installation of medical imaging diagnostic systems. Strong mechanical aptitude is important in this role to support mechanical installations and field-based service work;

Perform preventive maintenance and respond to planned and unplanned service calls;

Complete service documentation, test reports, and related records accurately and on time;

Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to deliver a high level of service;

Manage assigned projects and service activities efficiently and professionally;

Follow Christie Innomed policies, procedures, and service standards;

Participate in the on-call rotation to support customers outside regular business hours.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and experience

College diploma in electronics, electronics engineering technology, biomedical technology, biomedical engineering technology, or another relevant field;

Previous field service or diagnostic imaging experience is an asset, but not required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply;

Strong mechanical skills and aptitude, with the ability to support mechanical installations and equipment setup in the field;

Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office;

Exposure to diagnostic imaging modalities such as radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, ultrasound, MRI, or nuclear medicine is an asset;

Knowledge of PACS, RIS, and DICOM is an asset;

Ability to maintain accurate service records and documentation;

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
