As an IT Specialist for site support, you will play a vital role in the launch and stabilization of our recent Halifax facility. Your hands-on approach will help drive daily operations, from testing hardware to ensuring connectivity. Collaboration with our regional and global IT teams will be essential to tackle issues head-on.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with site launch and hardware provisioning
• Provide first- and second-level IT support
• Monitor and maintain local network infrastructure
• Enforce IT security and compliance measures
• Document incidents and recommend solutions

Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience in IT support, preferably in a 3PL environment
• Skilled in Windows environments and Microsoft 365
• Experience with RF devices and printing technologies
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
