Uncle Wiener’s Wholesale is looking for an experienced, hands‑on leader to manage our 300,000+ sq. ft. distribution centre in Edmonton, Alberta
This is not a desk‑only management position. We need someone who can take ownership of a large, quick-moving operation and lead from the floor
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Leading and developing our warehouse and distribution teams
Improving receiving, picking, packing and shipping performance
Managing container unloading and product flow
Maintaining a clean, organized and safe facility
Improving inventory accuracy and warehouse systems
Establishing clear expectations, accountability and performance standards
Identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions
Supporting the continued growth of our retail store network




We are looking for someone with proven experience managing a large warehouse, distribution centre or high‑volume logistics operation
The right person will be organized, decisive, accountable and comfortable managing people in a demanding environment. They must be able to balance daily execution with long‑term operational improvement
