Our client is looking for an experienced General Superintendent to oversee construction processes and ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Leveraging your 10+ years in heavy civil construction, you will mentor Superintendents and coordinate operations among field teams and stakeholders for optimal project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor Superintendents to drive operational efficiency
• Oversee project safety, budget, and timeline adherence
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle




• Manage detailed project planning and resource allocation
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams and clients

Requirements:
• Engineering Degree or technical diploma
• Over 10 years in heavy civil construction
• Strong leadership in large-scale projects
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Safety compliance capabilities and relevant certifications
