In this senior leadership position, you will shape the roadmap and governance of Zafin's AI Operating System. Your expertise will guide client engagements while ensuring the maturity and successful adoption of the AI platform. You'll oversee the Discover, Design, Build, Embed, and Expand delivery journey to embed a reusable AI capability across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own strategic direction for AIOS and governance framework
• Chair AI platform governance discussions and priority decisions
• Advise clients on AI platform maturity and growth strategies




• Ensure seamless client ownership transfer for AI capabilities
• Establish standards for platform enablement and agent operations

Requirements:
• 15+ years in enterprise technology delivery roles
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Deep understanding of agentic AI orchestration
• Experience in banking and financial services technology
• Proven influence in enterprise technology strategies
