As the Manager of Design & Standards, you will craft and enhance design prototypes that represent Osmow's brand vision. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into new and existing locations. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop master design packages for current restaurants
• Oversee digital design libraries and guidelines
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in design standards




• Liaise with consultants on construction layouts
• Manage compliance with zoning and health regulations

Requirements:
• Degree in architecture or related field
• 2 to 5+ years of design experience in QSR
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD and related software
• Expertise in ADA and building code compliance
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
