The Role
We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager
to own Prospect Prediction Markets' acquisition and community channels: paid, organic, affiliate, social media, and community management. You'll run these channels day to day, not just set strategy for someone else to execute. That means launching and optimizing paid campaigns, building out organic and affiliate programs, and personally leading our social media presence and community management.

You'll report to our Head of Product and work closely with product, brand, and data to build a repeatable acquisition engine, not a series of one-off campaigns.

What You'll Own
Paid & Performance Marketing

Launch and manage paid acquisition across paid social, search, and programmatic

Own CAC and LTV targets for your channels, and control the budget and reporting behind them

Continuously test and optimize creative, targeting, and bidding to improve efficiency

Organic Growth

Drive organic acquisition through SEO, content, and platform-native discovery

Partner with content and brand to build channels that lower blended CAC over time

Affiliate & Partnerships

Build and run an affiliate program, including recruiting and onboarding new affiliates

Track and report on affiliate performance, and manage the relationships directly

Social Media & Community

Own our social media strategy, content calendar, and day-to-day posting across platforms

Run community management directly, wherever our traders gather (Discord, Telegram, X, etc.)

Surface community feedback to product and marketing, and use it to inform decisions

Ownership & Reporting

Set targets for your channels and report on performance to Product and leadership

Bring in freelance or agency support when it helps you move faster

Support Product on go-to-market for new markets, features, and campaigns

What We're Looking For

3-5 years in growth marketing with hands-on ownership of paid, organic, and community channels, ideally in B2C, high-engagement, trading, fintech, or gaming

Experience building an affiliate or partner program, not just managing one someone else set up

Comfortable working with CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period as core metrics

Experience running community for a product with an active, opinionated user base

Solid prioritization skills and comfort operating with limited time or budget

Experience in a regulated or trust-sensitive space (fintech, trading, betting, or prediction markets) is a strong plus

Nice to Have

Experience marketing prediction markets, trading platforms, sportsbooks, or other real-money products

Familiarity with crypto-native or Web3 communities

Experience building a marketing function from the ground up, not just scaling one that already existed
