Based in Mississauga, this position requires in office presence four days weekly with one remote day. You will provide expert guidance to MSLs, focusing on ADC products and therapeutic areas. Drive scientific dialogue with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee credible scientific presentations to healthcare providers
• Identify key opinion leaders for advisory roles




• Attend scientific meetings and conferences in North America
• Manage exhibit booth staffing for congresses
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies

Requirements:
• MD/DO, PharmD, DNP, PA-C or PhD required
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience
• At least 8 years in Pharmaceutical or Medical Technology
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
