As a Turnaround Advisor in Keyera’s integrated midstream operations, you will oversee turnaround activities across multiple sites. Your key skills in compliance assessment, risk management, and stakeholder engagement are essential. Collaborate closely with teams in operations, maintenance, and engineering as you help elevate turnaround standards and enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess turnaround readiness and corporate compliance standards
• Conduct assurance reviews of execution plans and strategies
• Coach turnaround teams on processes and work packaging




• Monitor implementation of approved turnaround tools
• Recommend corrective actions for identified risks and gaps
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• 8–15 years of experience in turnaround or project environments
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience with CMMS systems like Maximo is a plus
