In this part time position, the Coordinator will work closely with military-connected students, offering comprehensive support from application to graduation. You will play a crucial role in implementing strategies that improve recruitment, retention, and overall student experience, while collaborating with academic colleagues and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outreach to various military-connected students across their academic journeys
• Collect and manage data related to military-connected student experiences




• Facilitate recruitment and retention programming for military learners
• Handle sensitive student queries and triage as needed
• Produce promotional material supporting military-connected strategies
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma or equivalent military training
• Experience in military-connected environments (minimum three years)
• Familiarity with DND and Veterans Affairs services
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively work within a diverse team
