Your duties will involve auditing daily transactions, managing room assignments, and delivering outstanding service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain inventory of vacancies and reservations
• Answer guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Prepare daily reports and process financial transactions
• Post daily room and outstanding charges accurately
• Ensure all revenue is securely locked away
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
• 2-year apprenticeship or hospitality program preferred
• Solid interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with hospitality management practices
• Must be available on Thursday through Saturday
