Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and deliver technical training for recent engineers • Manage AE demo certification and assessment processes • Update and systematize technical onboarding materials • Conduct real-time coaching sessions for new and current reps • Ensure curriculum remains current post-product releases

Requirements: • 3–6 years in Solutions Engineering or related roles • Solid mechanical engineering or design experience • Familiarity with CAD and PLM tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in creating enablement materials
