Join Eagle Heart Centre as a Full-Time CTGT Specialized Intensive Home Visitor. Support families with trauma-informed, culturally grounded methods in their homes and communities.
As a part of the Caring Nest program, you'll provide essential services to empower families and children. This role emphasizes collaboration with caregivers and professionals, aiming to strengthen family relationships, promote healthy child development, and enhance parental capabilities. Your deep understanding of Indigenous worldviews and ability to communicate effectively will be vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide in-home and community-based support to families
• Deliver culturally grounded oversight within the Caring Nest program
• Collaborate with caregivers and community partners for service alignment
• Facilitate coaching and positive parenting strategies
• Ensure compliance with family goals and Ministry case plans
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of experience in family support
• Robust facilitation and communication skills
• Knowledge of child development and community resources
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
