We are currently hiring a IBMS (Operative BMS) SME – Techno-Functional Analyst for our consulting client in the Toronto area.

Role: IBMS (Operative BMS) SME – Techno-Functional Analyst

Type: Contract

Rate Range: $40-45/hr C2C (40 hrs /week)

Duration: 6-12 months + potential extensions

Location: Hybrid (2/3 days from home) Toronto, ON, Canada

Domain: Consulting and Telecom

Role Description:

Provide L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS (Operative BMS) in a helpdesk setting.

Troubleshoot issues in scheduling| ad sales| traffic| and billing modules.

Handle incidents| service requests| and user queries via ticketing tools.

Perform SQL-based database troubleshooting| data validation| and fixes.

Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and system integration issues.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)



and ensure SLA adherence.

Support user access| configurations| and minor enhancements.

Work closely with sales| traffic| finance| and technical teams

Essential Skills:

Strong experience in Operative IBMS BMS system

Knowledge of broadcast/media workflows (scheduling| ad sales| traffic| billing)

Hands-on SQL & database troubleshooting (mandatory)

Experience in helpdesk / EUC support environment

Familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA or similar tools

Strong analytical| problem-solving| and communication skills

Understanding of infrastructure / EUC environment (VDI| VPN| etc.)

Knowledge of integrations and reporting tools
