Join Yukon Housing Corporation in Whitehorse as a Supervisor in Client Services. This full time role focuses on high-quality service delivery and community housing management across the Yukon.

In this permanent position, you’ll lead the client service function for Housing Operations, ensuring effective management of over 900 housing units. You will monitor service standards, mentor staff, and respond to complex client issues with a focus on cultural sensitivity. Facilitating the implementation of new programs and policies is also essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and monitor high client service standards
• Mentor and support staff in client-related functions
• Resolve complex client inquiries using trauma-informed methods




• Implement financial processes related to tenancy support
• Collaborate with partners for effective program outcomes

Requirements:
• Degree in social services, business administration, or related field
• Proven experience supervising client service teams
• Competence in financial monitoring and controls
• Familiarity with program legislation and policies
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
