As a member of the Dean's Office in the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies, you will oversee financial forecasts for over $54 million in awards annually. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining detailed datasets, ensuring compliance with various policies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance award processes and systems integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and improve systems for award financial data
• Approve budget allocations for graduate awards
• Analyze award applications and funding requests
• Collaborate with data teams for reporting accuracy
• Develop award monitoring and record-keeping improvements
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
• 3-4 years of related financial experience
• Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
