Act as a bridge between Finance and Technology, translating business requirements into system solutions.

Communicate project status, risks, and decisions effectively to senior stakeholders.

Support training and adoption of recent systems and processes across the Finance community.

Contribute to a structured and disciplined change management approach across transformation initiatives.

Finance Systems Ownership & Change Control

Act as a key Finance representative in the governance, design, and ongoing evolution of finance systems.

Partner closely with Technology teams to deliver system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.

Support and influence change control processes to ensure alignment with accounting and reporting requirements.

Evaluate the financial and operational impact of system changes, ensuring appropriate controls and auditability.

Troubleshoot system and data issues, coordinating resolution across Finance and Technology teams.

Provide subject‑matter expertise on financial reporting implications across system changes and transformation initiatives.

Data Oversight & Maintenance

Own and maintain finance system data structures, including mappings, hierarchies, and reporting dimensions.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple entities, accounting bases (IFRS, US GAAP, Tax), and reporting environments.

Analyze large, complex financial data sets to identify inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Oversee data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance throughout transformation activities.

Collaborate with Technology and data teams to improve data architecture, governance, and controls.

Support the creation and validation of reporting outputs, including management reporting and financial disclosures.

Financial Analysis & Reporting Support

Prepare and analyze financial information associated with transformation activities, including journal entries and opening balance sheets.

Support reporting requirements during system transitions and cutover periods.

Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, global finance teams, and auditors as required.

Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and support to broader finance initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience working with finance systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and transformation initiatives.

Professional accounting designation (CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).

4+ years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, and finance transformation or project delivery.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, Tax) and financial reporting processes.
