Drive the success of Microsoft 365 services at the University of Guelph as a Senior Analyst. Focus on team leadership and innovative improvements for faculty and staff.

In this role, you will report to the Manager, Web and Collaborative Applications, and be responsible for the daily administration of U of G's Microsoft 365 platform. Your insights into project management and change management will influence thousands of users’ experiences. Working collaboratively, you will lead the operations and enhance efficiencies within the email and collaboration services setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Teams
• Continuously improve collaboration services for users




• Facilitate incident management and technical support
• Lead and mentor team members for better service outcomes
• Create and maintain documentation for service standards

Requirements:
• Degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing Microsoft 365
• 5+ years in email security infrastructure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective self-direction and teamwork in high-performance settings
