Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring Eataly standards
• Develop store operations strategies to drive sales
• Manage labor, costs, and inventory effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 8+ years of management experience in retail
