In this pivotal role, you report directly to the Director of Pre-Certification Education. Your expertise will guide the CPA Pre-Certification Program and assist in rolling out the new CPA Professional Program. You'll be integral in advising on operational strategies, managing stakeholder engagements, and driving data analysis to enhance functionality and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic advice to the Director on program operations
• Manage complex student issues and recommend policy interpretations
• Analyze data to drive process improvements and support decisions
• Engage with stakeholders and participate in relevant projects
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities
Requirements:
• CPA designation and a degree/diploma in a related field
• Five years of experience in professional education
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
