In this role, you will be a key facilitator for HR processes and employee relations at the Porcupine site, reporting to the HR Superintendent. You will implement global HR projects with local insight and assist with recruitment alongside hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and management
• Build strong relationships with the Union and community
• Facilitate HR program updates and training
• Support the recruitment process at site level
• Participate in Union meetings regarding grievances

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant HR experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS
• Solid communication and facilitation abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
