Your expertise in Mechanical and Electrical systems is essential as you manage estimates, engage in value engineering, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide estimates and cost planning for diverse projects
• Prepare and present Construction Cost Estimate reports
• Oversee estimating activities and ensure accuracy




• Engage in value engineering and cost analysis efforts
• Maintain communication with clients and consultants

Requirements:
• Experience with mechanical and electrical cost estimating
• Familiarity with building systems, especially MEP
• Qualified memberships such as MRICS or PQS preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
