Join our team as a Full-Time Heavy Equipment Operator in Blue Mountains, ON. You'll play a vital role in snow grooming and heavy machinery operations throughout the year.

This position combines overnight snow grooming in the winter with heavy equipment operations during the spring and fall. You'll be responsible for running various machinery like skid steers, backhoes, and excavators. Keeping equipment maintained and working closely with other departments will be essential in achieving project goals on the hill.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snow grooming and heavy machinery safely
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and report issues
• Clean and lubricate equipment as needed
• Move heavy machinery based on spotter signals
• Ensure safety equipment is fully functional before driving

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory
• Capable of lifting 50lbs regularly
• Solid communication and multitasking abilities
• Experience operating snowmobiles/ATVs preferred
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
