Fluor is looking for a Junior Rigging Engineer to facilitate safe lifting and rigging efforts at construction sites. This position is geared toward recent engineering graduates passionate about heavy lifting and project coordination. You will work closely with senior engineers to develop lift plans and ensure all operations meet established safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and prepare lifting plans for operations
• Support monitoring of on-site lifting activities
• Document findings and action items from meetings
• Assist in verifying lifting equipment compliance
• Help organize necessary documentation for projects

Requirements:
• Four-year accredited engineering degree
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Understanding of engineering concepts regarding loads
• Interest in learning rigging and safety protocols
• Basic drafting skills via AutoCAD or MicroStation preferred
