In this full time role, the Therapist will focus on individual and group therapy, crisis management, and enhancing mental health education across campuses. Building relationships with students and staff is crucial, as is delivering workshops that empower student engagement and wellbeing. You will travel to various Hillel Ontario campuses, ensuring integrated support tailored to student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote and in-person counseling services
• Conduct assessments and treatment planning
• Manage crises with campus staff support
• Deliver mental health workshops and training
• Maintain clinical documentation and client billing
Requirements:
• Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant field
• Minimum two years licensed experience
• Eligible to practice in Ontario
• Experience with counseling young adults
• Strong communication and project management skills
