The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work in both Medicine and Surgical units, engaging with a diverse patient population. A current RN registration and relevant experience in similar settings are key requirements for this role. Flexibility with shifts is essential, given the rotating nature of the work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nursing duties in all inpatient medical and surgical units
• Work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and facilitate teaching




• Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers
• Maintain a clean attendance and discipline-free record

Requirements:
• Registration as an RN with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least two years of recent medical or surgical experience
• Valid BCLS certification
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Commitment to equity and diversity in healthcare
