Managing a team of 10-50 yard employees, you will coordinate activities, enforce safety compliance, and optimize departmental resources. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety inspections and hazard assessments
• Supervise yard employees and contractors effectively
• Schedule and assign daily work activities
• Manage staffing and absenteeism issues
• Train and develop team members for performance

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent industrial experience
• 5 years in heavy industry, with 2 years supervisory
• Familiarity with MS Office and SAP is a plus
• Solid communication skills across all levels
