Position Summary Sunrise Farms is seeking a Data Integration Developer (12-Month Hourly Contract) to join the Reset & Restart(R&R;)Program on a 12-month hourly contract.R&R; is a large-scale digital transformation initiative that implements our new Syspro ERP among other enterprise solutions.This role will support the Data Foundations Project Team by developing, testing, documenting, and supporting the interim data integration solution that loads data from the current Syspro Replica environment intothelegacy SQL reporting environment.
The role will work under the direction of the Senior Data Integration Leadand the Data Foundations Project Managerand will help build the ELT/ETL pipelines, SQL logic, mapping tables, validation reports, and documentation required to maintain reporting continuity during the phased rollout of the new Syspro ERP.
Over time, this role willalsowork with our implementation partner on our future stateSnowflake-based Medallion Architecture.
In addition to data engineering responsibilities, the role will supportPower BIreport development,and otherbusinesssystemsanalysis activitiesrelated to R&R.This; position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a major enterprise transformation while helpingestablishSunrise Farms' futuredata ecosystem.
High-performing candidateswillbe considered forapermanentposition on our future data management team, which will beestablishedat the end of the project.
Key Responsibilities 1. Data Pipeline Development Develop data pipelines to extract data from the Syspro ReplicaSQL Serverenvironment and load it intoour legacy SQL Server Data Warehouse.
Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes for incremental and near real-time data synchronization, reflecting the responsibilities listed in the deck.
Develop SQL transformation logic, cross-reference tables, and mapping frameworks.
Support updates tolegacystored procedures, views, and reporting structures to support new Syspro data.
Assistwith pipeline testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning,



andrefreshvalidation.
2. Data Mapping, Validation & Reconciliation Support Product, Customer, Supplier, and Company mapping logic between legacy and new Syspro environments.
Build andmaintaindata validation and reconciliation processes.
Investigate data discrepancies and support issue resolution.
Maintain data integrity and auditing capabilities across environments
Support historical data consolidation requirements.
3. Reporting & Analytics Support Help ensure compatibility with existing operational, financial, SSRS, Vivid, and Power BI reporting environments.
Update or build Power BI reports and dashboards asrequired.
Support reporting validation during ERP rollout activities.
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting issues, data gaps, and enhancement requests.
Assistwith future-state report/KPI analysis and documentation.
4. Infrastructure & Operational Support Work with Infrastructure and senior technical resources to support secure connectivity between Azure-hosted Replica environments and on-premiseslegacyenvironments.
Help design andmaintainmonitoring and error-handling mechanisms.
Support optimization of pipeline performance and refresh frequencies to meet business reporting requirements.
Assistwith issue tracking, defect resolution, and operational support during plant go-lives.
5. Documentation & Business Systems Analysis Document data flows, business rules, transformation logic, and mapping structures.
Create ormaintaintechnical documentation, support guides, runbooks, and operational procedures.




Capture business logic currently implemented inthelegacy SQL reporting environmentto support future Snowflake Bronze, Silver, andGoldlayer design.
Assistwith requirements gathering, process documentation, testing support, and stakeholder follow-up.
Support UAT, data validation, and reporting cutover activities asrequired.
Required Qualifications 3–5+ years of SQL Server development, data integration, BI development, or business systems analysis experience.
Strong SQL Server and T‑SQL skills.
Experience developing or supporting ETL/ELT processes.
Experience with stored procedures, views, indexing, and query performance tuning.
Experience with data integration and enterprise reporting platforms, whichislisted as a required qualification in the deck.
Understanding ofdata modeling andmasterdata management principles.
Experience troubleshooting data quality and reconciliation issues.
Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.
Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications Syspro ERP experience.
Experience with ERP migration projects.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or food processing operations.
Exposure toAzure data services, Snowflake,Fivetran, and Power BI.
Understanding of Medallion Architecture, includingBronze, Silver, and Goldlayers.
Experience supporting operational, financial, or manufacturing reporting.
Experience with data validation, reconciliation reporting, and business stakeholder support.
