Become a vital part of EarthFresh as a Maintenance Technician in Burlington, ON. This dynamic role focuses on preventative maintenance and equipment troubleshooting essential for our operations.

Working under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment. Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in the food industry and a proficiency in reading schematic drawings are ideally suited for this role. Your efforts will directly impact our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain equipment and machinery through preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems plant-wide
• Handle installation and alignment of industrial machinery




• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
• Identify and communicate safety concerns to management

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education as a Maintenance Millwright (433A)
• Relevant industrial maintenance experience required
• Maintenance licenses for Skyjack, Forklift, and Fall Arrest
• Knowledge of PLC programming highly valued
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work versatile shifts including nights
