Extendicare is seeking a Registered Nurse for part-time shifts to ensure high-quality care for residents. You will assist in assessments, manage nursing staff, and monitor care plans to improve resident outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care following nursing standards and physician orders
• Assist in assessment and monitoring of patient care
• Manage and evaluate nursing and personal care staff




• Monitor staff performance and conduct appraisals
• Provide leadership in absence of the Director of Care

Requirements:
• Current nursing certificate from approved institutions
• Registered/eligible for registration in the province
• Experience in community or long-term care
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
