As part of CPKC’s Engineering team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the track infrastructure's reliability and safety. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, directing maintenance, and fostering a culture of safety among team members. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to CPKC safety policies
• Perform routine track inspections and record findings
• Manage maintenance aligned with track renewal strategies
• Establish daily work objectives and priorities
• Provide emergency response support as needed

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• At least 2 years of track maintenance experience
• Minimum 1 year operating track machinery
• Proven ability to interpret track safety standards
