This temporary part time role requires you to work with a dynamic team, focusing on delivering individualized resident care from 2300 to 0715 hours. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in planning and executing patient interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate resident care with multidisciplinary teams
• Assist in assessment and individualized care plans
• Promote safe practices and high-quality care
• Exhibit strong leadership and facilitate teamwork
• Resolve conflicts effectively within the team

Requirements:
• Active Registered Nursing license required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Preferred: BScN and Gerontology certification
• Current CPR and First Aid needed
• Clear Criminal Records and recent Tuberculosis screening
