As a Registered Dietitian at Extendicare, you'll focus on assessing the nutritional needs of residents and developing tailored nutrition care plans based on their individual requirements. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will play a key role in enhancing residents' quality of life through effective dietary counseling and education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments for nutrition risk upon admission
• Monitor ongoing nutrition safety and interventions
• Educate residents and caregivers on dietary needs




• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences
• Oversee quality improvements in food services

Requirements:
• University degree in Food and Nutrition
• 1-2 years experience in long-term care preferred
• Registration with the local Dietetic College
• Solid communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to use healthcare technology and manage records
