Deveraux Developments is inviting applications for a Project Coordinator with a minimum of two years of experience in large-scale construction projects exceeding $10 million. This role will facilitate tracking project progress, manage budgets, and ensure that health and safety standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track project submittals using Construction Management software
• Assist in maintaining safety compliance and QA/QC processes
• Develop and monitor project schedules
• Support budget reviews and cost forecasting
• Document minutes and actions from project meetings
Requirements:
• At least 2 years as a Project Coordinator in construction
• proficiency in Microsoft Office and willing to learn recent tools
• Engineering, Construction, or Architecture qualification preferred
• Familiarity with MS Project and Procore is advantageous
• Ability to interpret building specifications and blueprints
