AWC Water Solutions is seeking a skilled Intermediate Mechanical Designer to join the Design/CADD department. This role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders while creating detailed mechanical designs. You'll lead the design process and support sales with proposals, all while focusing on quality management improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop 3D models and drawings for system designs
• Act as design team lead on key projects




• Collaborate with teams and clients to achieve project goals
• Support sales teams with proposals and estimates
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to process improvements

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma with CAD coursework
• 5-10 years in mechanical design experience
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor 3-D and AutoCAD
• Strong communication skills with teams and stakeholders
• Understanding of mechanical and structural principles is a plus
