Provide essential occupational therapy services as an Occupational Therapist I in Vermilion. This role involves collaborating with clients to enhance independence in their home environments.
You will be an integral member of the home care team, focusing on evidence-based practices that support clients in achieving meaningful activities. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments and implementing tailored therapy plans while actively engaging clients and their families in the rehabilitation process. This part time role requires a valid driver’s license to travel to client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct triage and screening for client needs
• Develop collaborative goals and treatment plans




• Educate clients and families on rehabilitation techniques
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders
• Supervise and mentor students and assistants
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registered with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• Valid driver's license and functional vehicle
• Current BLS certification
