Key Responsibilities:
• Aid residents in daily living activities, including personal hygiene
• Promote social interactions during meal times
• Monitor and report health changes to nursing staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident areas
• Participate in infection control and equipment maintenance
Requirements:
• Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate or nursing education
• Prior experience in a personal care setting preferred
• Robust communication skills in English
• Criminal Record and Abuse Registry Checks required
• Commitment to respecting residents' dignity
