Job Duties

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on heavy‑duty trucks and trailers
- Repair brakes, suspensions, engines, drivetrains, lighting systems, and trailer components
- Troubleshoot faults using diagnostic tools and software
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Other duties as required

Job Requirements





- Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic certification preferred or 5 years of experience
- Experience working on heavy‑duty trucks and commercial trailers
- Punctual and good attitude
- Solid understanding of diesel engines and trailer systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues independently
- Valid driver’s license required
- Class 1A license considered a strong asset
- Welding and fabrication experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- References are required
