Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain powder coat spray guns
• Use measuring devices accurately for production
• Fill out required production paperwork
• Assist in loading and unloading items for coating
• Support supervisors with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in powder coating is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety with prior training as a plus
• Ability to follow written work instructions
• Related shop experience and basic tools knowledge
