We are looking for a licensed 310T Truck & Trailer Mechanic Lead Hand to enhance our growing team. This full-time role requires solid diagnostic abilities and the capacity to work on a diverse fleet. Candidates will perform repairs, maintenance, and inspections while providing mentorship to junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks
• Complete work orders and service logs accurately
• Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
• Valid 310T license or near completion
• Strong troubleshooting skills in fleet maintenance
